In my household, the most common food to prepare are classics, such as Nian Gao, Jiaozi, Tang Yuan, and Noodles, during the Chinese New Year. However, there are many other types of food that you can also try. Here are some Chinese Foods you can try : 

1. Nian Gao (Sticky Rice Cake):

Nian Gao is a sweet and sticky cake is a must-have during Chinese New Year as it symbolizes a higher income or position in the coming year. It is made from glutinous rice flour, sugar, and sometimes flavored with ingredients like red bean paste or shredded coconut.

2. Jiaozi (Dumplings):
